Jared and Mike both have extensive backgrounds that run across all aspects of soccer and development. Both have been college coaches in multiple divisions and have coached both men’s and women’s college teams. Both have been on Regional ODP staff and Mike is a National Staff coach as well. Jared is a club director as well as a high school teacher and former athletic director. Mike has directed multiple clubs and consulted with over 80 clubs around the country. He has worked as psychologist, sport psychologist (has presented at national workshops in this capacity), college instructor, and an executive director as well. Sports Psychology for Clubs, Individuals, and Teams
Mike has worked with US Soccer Youth National Teams as a sport psychologist and has aided college teams and players, as well as helped 5 different clubs with sport psychology. He has also presented at multiple national conventions in this field.
